A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors is a 1987 horror slasher film. It is a sequel to A Nightmare on Elm Street 2: Freddy's Revenge. It was directed by Chuck Russell and was written by Wes Craven and Bruce Wagner. It stars Heather Langenkamp as Nancy Thompson, Robert Englund as Freddy Krueger, and Craig Wasson as Neil Gordon. The movie is mainly about the victims of Freddy Krueger learning how to fight him back in their dreams.

The movie was a box office success. It was made on a budget of $4.5 million and earned more than $44,000,000. The film was originally rated X by the Motion Picture Association of America, the rating was later changed to R. It was banned in Norway until 2003.

A sequel, A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master was released in 1988.


Survivors of undead serial killer Freddy Krueger, who stalks his victims in their dreams, learn to take control of their dreams in order to fight back.
