Art the Clown is a serial killer wearing a clown costume who appears in the horror movie Terrifier and its two sequels. This costume of Art the Clown makes a very creepy Halloween costume. This costume includes a mask, a black hat, gloves and a black and white clown costume. You could also paint your face to look like Art if you don't want to wear a mask, optionally, you could also add splats of blood to the face. The costume doesn't include his big clown shoes, though you could add them yourself.
