Costume of Cissnei based on her Final Fantasy VII Rebirth design.
Cissnei is a fictional character from the Compilation of Final Fantasy VII. She is a former member of Shinra's Turks who first appeared as a nameless playable character in the mobile game Before Crisis: Final Fantasy VII. She was given the name Cissnei in her second video game appearance Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII. her third and latest appearance is in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth where she has quit the Turks and has become a resident in the village of Gongaga, the hometown of Zack Fair. This costume based on Cissnei is great for cosplaying or dressing as her for Halloween. People could where her Turk uniform, which is just a black suit similar to the Reno costume, or people can dress in her blue and purple outfit she wears in Gongaga. For both depictions of her, a red wig is required (Unless your hair is already red).
