Cloud Strife is a fictional character and the main protagonist of the popular 1997 video game Final Fantasy VII developed by Square Enix, as well as the Compilation of Final Fantasy VII video game series, which includes the computer animated movie Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, and the video games Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII, Before Crisis: Final Fantasy VII, Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis and the Final Fantasy VII Remake trilogy, which includes Final Fantasy VII Remake, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, and the yet to be named third title of the trilogy. Cloud also appears in the Kingdom Hearts franchise (specifically the first two games of the series), and he appears as a DLC playable character in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Nintendo 3DS and a playable character in the base game roster in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, alongside his antagonist Sephiroth (who appears as a DLC character). Cloud is one of the most iconic video game protagonists of all time alongside Mario. This costume based on Cloud includes his SOLDIER First Class uniform, gloves, a single shoulder pad with bolts in it, black shoes and a spiky blonde wig. People could also dye their hair blonde and spike it up using hairspray or hair gel. People could also dress as Cloud in his black attire from Advent Children, a Shinra Infantrymen uniform, or one of Cloud's two beach attires he wears during chapter 6 of Final fantasy VII Rebirth.
Another requirement for this Halloween costume is Cloud's iconic Buster Sword, given to him by his best friend and mentor Zack Fair (A Cloud costume could also be used for Zack). A couple costume idea is to go trick-or-treating or go to a Halloween party dressed as Cloud and friend or girlfriend dressed as his love interest Tifa Lockhart.
