Elmo unleashes the joyful spirit of Huggie from a figurine, who then possesses Sharky, making him too cute and loveable. Bill and Scooter are trying out a mask to scare some animals, ultimately inventing Halloween, while the Thunderlizards knock a Thuggasaur robot out of commission.
