In the first time elmo visits the castle, Elmo arrives at the Count's castle to tell him some spooky jokes and gets frightened by the surroundings and the graphic ghosts. Elmo tries to knock, but the knocker activates itself. Before the Count opens the door, they exchange a knock-knock joke, making it the first joke on The Count' list. As he brings Elmo inside, the door shuts itself too. Count von Count and Elmo arrives inside the castle and he tells a joke about the desert that the ghost loves the best and ghost mentions after being mentioned by Count von Count, but the Skeleton tackles elmo when the skull is charmed by his jokes which was designed to do so on the song "Bones Inside of You" and he begins to perform the song. After the song ends with a beguile, the ghost appears and Baby Bear tells a girl a spooky joke from one of the Count's balconies of one of his bats that need bath in-order to be clean. After one joke from Baby Bear, Count and Elmo get a good laugh from Baby Bear's joke. Elmo tells another joke, which makes a painting of the Countess Groan-a Lisa laugh as well. The Count assures Elmo he shouldn't be scared. Elmo shows he's well acquainted on the topic of being scared and Elmo thought of an idea where he recently scared Julia Roberts on the sketch. The sketch where the orange ball attempts to pet the green ball, but it failed to pet it because the green ball scares the orange ball. The sketch transits to Transylvania 1-2-3-4-5. In Transylvania 1-2-3-4-5, Count von Count, Lillian Edwards, Birdland and the Anything Muppets perform the song counting to 5 with Transylvania with halloween related stuff with it. Count von Count goes past the limit of the numbers of what numbers he wants to go up to and wasn't limited to over 5. The spoof continued at the end of the song before another joke from Rosita. She informs a girl of an infamous "boo-who" knock-knock joke but was funny to them. Elmo was familiar of the organ piano informing them a joke that will lead it to the song We're All Monsters. Once Elmo was familiar with it, the scene was taken to the song where the 3 Humanoid Monsters like Harvey, Clancy and Kermit the Forg along with Elmo in the early form. The monsters sang about themselves of their identities and everything else. Once they've done those things, they run around crazy and position theirselves in the back and march forward to the camera and the screen of the song was pushed away from the screen to transit to the joke where Joey and Davey Monkey informed Nicky a joke of the bananas as a snack, but they are asserting it's "Boo-Nanas" and start to crack up. Then, Ernie and Bert explore an Egyptian pyramid. Bert is excited but Ernie is afraid. They see statues that look like them. Bert decides to explore a tunnel while Ernie looks at the statues, and then the Ernie-like statue starts tapping and responding to Ernie. But when Ernie calls Bert back to the room, the statue doesn't move. Ernie is scared until the statue starts singing "Rubber Duckie" with him. Bert doesn't believe Ernie, until he says "Bye-bye, statue," and the statue replies "Bye-bye!" and laughs... just like Ernie. The joke is asserted as 7 after the joke from Joey and Davey about a designated snack that a banana can be used as. When Count von Count claimed what could tell another joke. Suddenly, a "Darknut" named Sir Count-a-Lot would like to inform another joke. The Darknut told what they can have for lunch, but Elmo wasn't sure about a food can be for lunch and the Darknut said, "The scariest thing you can have for lunch is, a sandwhich" and the joke of that was brought up as 8 and then the toon sketch of 8 bats appeared. Owe Gustafson announced the number of the bats that were counted. The sketch was eaten by the sharp teeth and the next song featuring monsters is "Frazzle". The song features the following monsters "Frazzle", "Little Chrissy", "Maurice Monster" and the anonymous lavender monster from the Aristrocrats. The Frazzletones talk about Frazzle with the sharp spikey rip lines around the circles. In the first time in the brownish-red background, the rip lines teeter as frazzle is wobbling his head back and forth. After it transits from the background early, Frazzle goes to the left. The statement is similar to the beginning of the song, but Little Chrissy states that they know his friend "Frazzle" and the other monster tells the color of Frazzle's fur. The second time is rougher than the first time in the red background with the Frazzletones. The part of it is similar to the first time, but it's more longer with Frazzletones releasing the noise tones of the song. In 3 seconds after Frazzle was snarling with the noise, he screamed before using a calm tone and the song no longer transits to the red background again. The Frazzletones inform about the emotions at the third time right before getting outside of the song. The rip lines and the circle zooms further into the screen while the screen isn't on widescreen to see the green background in the left and right. The third time was semi-ok and emotions of wheither he is hot or something else. The song ended with Maurice Monster claiming they are needed to go, the rip lines and the circle zoomed out away from the camera, and Frazzle snarled calmly 2 times and the ghost appeared before the circle and rip lines disappeared before the joke Kingston Livingston III asks to the boy what kind of bat knows his ABCs. "The Alpha-Bat!". The Count's bats tells a sport related joke called "Baseball games". The Count von Count performs a song of The Batty Bats as his last song for the movie. Afterwards, Telly asks a girl what kind of bat is part of the circus. "An acro-bat!" He gets such a kick from the joke, he tells it again and then, Elmo and The Count begins to recite several more jokes until they get tuckered out and can't think of any more. The organ suggests they go to the kitchen for some screech cobbler. Elmo adds the pun to the joke list, making 15 jokes. He does a Count-like laugh and summons some thunder, scaring him into the kitchen and the movie ended with the song Ghost Theme from the Super Mario Bros. series in a remixed version with Mad Monster Mansion and Mystic Mansion from Banjo Kazooie and Sonic Heroes.
