Plot
When Halloween arrives on Spooner Street, Joe and Peter plan a series of humiliating pranks for unsuspecting familys, friends, and neighbors. Meanwhile, Meg and Chris go to a friend's Halloween party, and Stewie and Brian go trick or treating, until their candy gets stolen by a group of teenagers.
