Female Cenobite
The Female Cenobite is a cenobite demon who appears in the Hellraiser movies. She was never given an official name like the other cenobites, though some fans have dubbed her as Deep Throat. The Female cenobite was portrayed by two actresses, Grace Kirby in the first movie and Barbie Wilde in the second movie respectfully.
Fictional character biography[]
The Female Cenobite's origins are not explained in the movie itself, however in expanded lore, it is explained that she was once a nun named Sister Nikoletta. In life, she was a woman of God, however, she began to lust. This eventually led her to the Lament Configuration. After solving the puzzle box and being sent to Hell, she became a cenobite.
As a cenobite, she became a member of Pinhead's gash, alongside Chatterer and Butterball. Aside from Pinhead himself, the Female Cenobite is very well spoken, unlike her two other collogues who are not capable of speaking. When Kirsty Cotton opened the box, the cenobites tried to come for her, until she makes a deal with them trading her soul for her Uncle Frank Cotton who escaped them. At first the Female Cenobite says that perhaps they'd prefer her, but Pinhead wants to hear Frank confess himself. When they eventually do take Frank once more, Kirsty sends them back.
The Female Cenobite perishes under the hand of Dr. Channard in his cenobite form.

Hellraiser (2022)[]
The Gasp.
While not the same character, the Gasp cenobite from the 2022 Hellraiser movie plays a similar role to the Female Cenobite. She is the only other cenobite besides Pinhead herself who is as well spoken, even oftentimes speaking alongside Pinhead. The Gasp also has a similar design to the Female Cenobite, as they both have nails in their faces and a huge gash in their throat.
