The Female Cenobite is a member of Pinhead's gash from the Hellraiser movies. In the first two films, the female cenobite accompanies Pinhead along with Chatterer and Butterball. Dressing up as the female cenobite for Halloween could be difficult but possible. For this costume, you'll need a bald cap, a black leather dress, and homemade wires to safely glue to your neck and face. Paint your face and the cap white and add fake blood to your neck.
