Plot[]
When Halloween arrives on Spooner Street, Peter Griffin and his friend Joe plan a series of humiliating pranks for unsuspecting relatives, friends, and neighbors. Meanwhile, Peter's teenage children Meg and Chris go to a friend's Halloween party, and his baby son Stewie and dog Brian go trick-or-treating, until their candy gets stolen by a group of teenagers.
