Plot[]
A rich man and his son move to Walnut Grove to help the town. However, the man's son is a bully and picks on everyone, including the teacher in school, making the teacher afraid of him. The man threatens to fire the teacher if she does not do something to control him. So, Laura and Albert decide to play a little Halloween trick on the bully.
