Plot[]
Ernie is throwing a costume party at the Youth Center. Rita decides to use this distraction to her advantage in order to mine a special clay from Earth called Super Putty, from which she plans to create a stronger form of her Putty Patrol foot soldiers, called Super Putties. To make sure the Rangers don't interfere, she sends her own version of Frankenstein's monster to the party, which is immediately mistaken for Tommy (likely due to their similar high foreheads). All the while, Alpha 5 shows up to the party in order to hang out with his beloved human friends
