"Witch Hunt" is a Halloween episode of the live-action TV series NCIS. It first aired on CBS in the United States on October 31, 2006.

Co-created by Donald Bellisario as one of CBS' answers to NBC's highly popular police procedural drama TV show Law & Order (alongside their CSI franchise), NCIS (originally Naval NCIS in Season 1) is a spin-off of JAG and follows a team of fictional special agents who work for the Naval Criminal Investigative Search agency that investigates crimes involving the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. The show was further spun off of following Season 6 as NCIS: Los Angeles and again in Season 11 as NCIS: New Orleans.

The show follows the investigative work performed by Supervisor Leroy Gibbs, Senior Agent Anthony DiNozzo, Forensic Specialist, and goth Abby Sciuto, Chief Medical Examiner Donald "Ducky" Mallard, Special Agent Timothy McGee, and Mossad Officer Ziva David, as they try and piece together the evidence of crimes to discover who the culprit was and arrest them for a military trial.

It is Halloween and the NCIS team is busy investigating a ransom case. A Marine's daughter has been kidnapped after the kidnapper attacked a Marine in his home. The investigation leads them to the fact that the couple has been separated. They decide to focus on the wife's ex-boyfriend, after learning that the woman is the one who destroyed their marriage. Meanwhile, McGee and Tony are stunned by Abby's Halloween costume.
