Plot
Mischief Night, or the night before Halloween in Ocean Shores, has been a traditional night of toilet papering houses and egging them. When Otto, Twister and Sam get talked into going out with Eddie (Prince of the Netherworld) to cause trouble, Reggie must save them from getting busted after curfew.
