In London, England, a mad doctor with a Transylvanian accent and vampire-like fangs named Dr. Crackula has stolen the brain of Dr. Brainly (the smartest man in the world) and then captures Curly to place Dr. Brainly's intelligence into him. Can the other Robonic Stooges get their ally's brain back as well as Doctor Brainly's?
