Costume of Ursula.
Ursula is a fictional character and the main antagonist of the 1989 Disney animated movie The Little Mermaid. She also joins Jafar's scheme to take over the House of Mouse in the 2002 Halloween TV special Mickey's House of Villains. Ursula is a sea witch who is half woman and half octopus. She plans to steal Ariel's voice in order to make King Triton give her his power. This costume includes a black dress shaped like Ursula's tentacles with purple sleeves, a white wig, as well as a shell necklace. Optionally, you could wear an Ursula mask or use purple face paint.
